Monthly Casting with the Charming Lenormand
If you’ve just received your Charming Lenormand and are wondering, “Now what?”, then this tutorial is for you!
The best way to begin reading Lenormand charms is to practice with casting on a wall calendar–I have one dedicated just for this purpose–to see what next month has in store for you!
Here is how it works:
Open your wall calendar for the upcoming month on a flat surface, focus on the question of what lies in store for you during that month, then cast your charms onto the page:
As you can see in the picture above, some charms will fall off the page while others will land clearly on a specific. Some will land between days–it’s this third category where your intuition is called into play.
First, collect and put aside the charms that fell outside the calendar–these are the ones that you will let go of:
Next you need to tap into your intuition and look at those charms that lie on the cusp of two or more days. Where do you feel they intended to land? They can go in one day, be split between multiple days or even be taken off the calendar. In the case of our casting, the child which landed between 11, 12, 18, and 19, didn't feel like it belonged and we removed it.
Now you can start reading what the month has in store for you.

You are not limited to casting for just the month ahead–you can see what the month surrounding your planned vacation holds in store for you, or even cast on past months to hone your reading skills. Just remember to keep your question, as with all divination, clearly in your mind when you cast the charms.
